central location helpful staff spa shower
the location was unbeatable! it was so close to plaza mayor and el mercado de san miguel, super handy. the staff were really helpful getting us a taxi to the airport, i appreciated that. the updated bathroom had a spa-like shower! i really enjoyed it.
The hallway felt a bit dated. It could definitely use some freshening up.

The location was undeniably a highlight. I found many cultural sites easily accessible. restaurants, bakeries, and souvenir shops were plentiful and close. el mercado de san miguel was right across the street, a very convenient bonus. the staff facilitated a taxi to the airport when i needed one. I appreciated that assistance.
the hallway seemed a bit outdated. our room was small for three adults and suitcases, posing a storage challenge. the closet space was also limited for coats.

The staff was generally helpful and friendly. I noticed they addressed inquiries efficiently. they stored my bags so i could explore the city without luggage, it was useful. english was spoken fluently, very helpful for international guests.

my room had sufficient space and two showers, a great convenience. i believe rooms were smartly designed, leaving adequate space for luggage storage. soundproofing was highly effective, ensuring a nothing noisy despite the central location.

The location near San Miguel Market is excellent. The breakfast offered a delicious variety. The staff demonstrated politeness and helpfulness at all times.
The room I stayed in was quite small. The air conditioning unit made a noticeable noise. The bathroom was somewhat old and in need of updates. Water splashed easily during showers.

central location and functional rooms
excellent location quick staff
I found the location excellent, right in the city center, close to plaza mayor. the staff assisted quickly when i needed a taxi to the airport. the room had a mini fridge and a safe. The reception provided coffee and tea when i asked.
the bathroom lacked ventilation. the shower design caused water to splash onto the floor. it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for future improvements.
