The location was ideal. Near mercado san miguel, a must eat place, it is true. the staff helped with anything needed. Ruben was very good, a gesture i won't forget.
The room i had was a little smelly and not too clean unfortunately. the bathroom seemed a bit used. I thought they needed to upgrade the rooms.

The location was undeniably a highlight. I found many cultural sites easily accessible. restaurants, bakeries, and souvenir shops were plentiful and close. el mercado de san miguel was right across the street, a very convenient bonus. the staff facilitated a taxi to the airport when i needed one. I appreciated that assistance.
the hallway seemed a bit outdated. our room was small for three adults and suitcases, posing a storage challenge. the closet space was also limited for coats.

The staff was generally helpful and friendly. I noticed they addressed inquiries efficiently. they stored my bags so i could explore the city without luggage, it was useful. english was spoken fluently, very helpful for international guests.

The location near San Miguel Market is excellent. The breakfast offered a delicious variety. The staff demonstrated politeness and helpfulness at all times.
The room I stayed in was quite small. The air conditioning unit made a noticeable noise. The bathroom looked somewhat old and in need of updates. Water splashed easily during showers.

I found the location excellent, right in the city center, close to plaza mayor. the staff assisted quickly when i needed a taxi to the airport. the room had a mini fridge and a safe. The reception provided coffee and tea when i asked.
the bathroom lacked ventilation. the shower design caused water to splash onto the floor. it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for future improvements.
